Citizen Requests Submissions
Through the system, citizens can interact with their municipal authorities, by actively participating in the identification and notification of everyday issues. The Citizen can register requests, complaints, suggestions and reports along with various other incidents, either by a web / mobile application utilizing descriptive text, picture and video or by choosing from a specific menu, coded request categories. The municipal authorities can deal directly and effectively with any reported problem, combining citizen’s observations and reported information, uploaded photos and videos and geo-tagging data.

Data Management of Vulnerable Social Groups
A modern and scalable information system through which the design, coordination and planning of policies and social programs are implemented, while quality services are provided to citizens and vulnerable social groups without the request and need of their physical attendance. Through an integrated MIS all social groups falling under municipality’s jurisdiction can be recorded and classified in a unified registry. Additionally, all municipality’s responsibilities in the field of social care and solidarity are listed, along with its coordinated actions (social care, welfare benefits administration, social work). Last but not least all municipality’s welfare structures are recorded and coupled in a structure’s registry which includes amongst others, educational structures (nurseries and kindergartens), care houses and all sorts of institutions offering similar services and cooperate with the municipality.

ParkaLot
ParkaLot is an integrated urban mobility solution that allows users the search and detection of available on street and off street parking spaces, with simultaneous routing of the driver towards the selected parking location, while the parking authority maintains a supervisory management of the entire network of parking spaces.
YDATA
A modular, cloud based water management system that has as its primary objective the provision of electronic tools to the water management authorities for a more efficient use of existing human resources and systems, and the provision of electronic services to citizens for individual management of their consumption. By actively engaging the citizen, the system offers the possibility to manage multiple water meters, register online listed measurements, charged and pay electronically, interact with the water entity through online forms, applications and updates and utilize a sophisticated dashboard through which can analyze and visualize water consumption and payment statistics, while benefiting from benchmarks and best practices in water management. The water authority on the other side benefits from an integrated e-billing system, minimizes its costs, exploits in a more efficient way its human resources, automates and streamlines services and increases collectability and cash flow. Through the advanced management system, it has a complete picture of active users, their requests, accounts and payments.
